Taylor and the team at Brand Real Estate worked with us to help our son find his first home. They were excellent in both their patience with a new/inexperienced buyer as well as with the many moving parts of the offer and progression to close. Their communication was crisp with our son and including us where appropriate. They worked effectively with the sellers agent to make sure everyone's understanding and actions were aligned. We had some specific motivations as to when we wanted to close in order to effectively utilize the seller credit and that made for a bit of a moving target which Taylor managed with the sellers agent very well.
